Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension components. The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to company policies while performing maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include installing brake and suspension parts, testing batteries, handling tires, TPMS calibration, and safe offsite service driving. On-the-job training is provided to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional up to 75 lbs; repetitive bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other staff.
• Test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency work.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
