Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension parts, while delivering outstanding customer service. You will test drive vehicles and assist with on-site and occasional off-site road calls.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, can work in a fast-paced environment, and handle regular lifting. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; regular bending, twisting, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
• Use service equipment and hand tools.
• Assist other staff and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
