Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Washington is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies and code of conduct.

The role involves installing hydraulic and electric brake parts, testing systems, mounting tires, balancing wheels, scanning TPMS, and driving service vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension components.
• Test and install batteries and TPMS components.
• Dismount/mount tires, balance wheels, recalibrate TPMS.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
