Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brakes, suspensions, alignments and related components in a fast-paced shop environment. You will dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as part of routine service.

The role emphasizes safe operation, test driving, and delivering outstanding customer service while following company policies and procedures. A valid driver's license is required for on-site work in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems and related components.
• Perform alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering work; test batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, service TPMS.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
