Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service braking, suspension, alignment, and related systems and to support customers with first-rate service.

You will install and test components, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, and assist with offsite and emergency road service, using a range of tools. This is a full-time role with on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and replace/recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
