Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, suspension, and related components in our Medford, OR shop. You will test drive vehicles and perform offsite road services when needed, while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test driving vehicles and performing offsite and emergency road services.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and rebalancing wheels.
• Test and calibrate TPMS components and batteries where applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to other qualified employees as needed.
