Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in the United States is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician responsible for servicing brake systems, suspensions, alignments, and related components, while delivering excellent customer service.

This role includes battery testing, tire mounting and balancing, TPMS work, and driving service vehicles for offsite calls, with on-the-job training provided and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and replace, rebuild and/or recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
