Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, ensuring top-quality customer service and adherence to company guidelines. The role entails on-site work, vehicle testing, and offsite emergency service support.

The candidate should have a valid driver's license, capable of handling fast-paced environments, and be comfortable lifting heavy loads and using a variety of tools.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace/calibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency work.
