Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians in Sparks, NV. You will service brake and suspension systems, perform wheel work, and test drive vehicles to ensure proper alignment and safety. The role includes offsite service responsibilities and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
• Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
