Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Winnemucca, NV is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake systems, alignments, suspension, and related components. You will perform diagnostics, installations, and routine maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

The role includes hands-on work with tires, TPMS, batteries, and drive-train parts, along with test drives and on-site or off-site service calls. Les Schwab offers on-the-job training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
Testing and installing batteries.
Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing/calibrating TPMS components.
Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
Assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles.
Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
