Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in the United States (Oregon) is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role covers batteries testing, TPMS calibration, and offsite road-service support.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components
Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary
