Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. Responsibilities include battery testing, TPMS calibration, tire mounting, wheel rebalancing, and assisting teammates on-site with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; occasional up to 75 pounds; bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries; replace, rebuild, calibrate TPMS parts.
• Disassemble/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and perform related tire work.
• Assist other technicians and drive service vehicles for offsite or emergency calls.
• Maintain excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
