Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension components, and to perform offsite and emergency road services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy parts in a fast-paced shop environment; on-the-job training is provided. Benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
