Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service and install brake, suspension, and alignment parts. You will test vehicles, handle wheel/tire work, TPMS components, and assist other staff while delivering outstanding customer service onsite.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy loads, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits follow eligibility and company policy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.
• Able to stand, walk and work for long periods while performing brake and alignment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment and drive train components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to qualified colleagues when necessary.
