Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering outstanding customer care. The role requires attention to safety, the ability to lift and maneuver tires, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires and wheels, rebalance wheels and recalibrate TPMS.
• Use workshop tools and equipment to perform repairs accurately.
• Assist other employees and communicate clearly with customers.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues.
