Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in the United States is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension components, install parts, and deliver outstanding customer service in line with company policies and the Code of Conduct. The role includes testing batteries, mounting/dismounting tires, TPMS recalibration, and driving to offsite or emergency road calls.

On-the-job training is provided to develop skills while contributing to a team that values trust and employee

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service skills essential in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
• Use service tools and assist other staff.
• Test drive vehicles and provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to qualified staff as needed.
