You will diagnose, repair, and test drive vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring work adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with frequent bending and staying physically active.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components.
• Use tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicles; test batteries as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues when appropriate.
• Follow company policies and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
