Les Schwab Tire Centers in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brakes, suspension, and alignment components while delivering excellent customer care. You will inspect, install, test, and calibrate systems, assist with tire services, and support on-site operations as needed.

On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to advance within a growing western tire network. Competitive pay, benefits, and a company-funded retirement plan accompany this role.

Competenze

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret brake, suspension and alignment components.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 35–75 pounds) and basic vehicle testing.

Mansioni

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignments, drivetrain, and power steering parts.
• Test and install vehicle batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS as needed.
• Use shop equipment and hand tools to complete service tasks.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles when required.
• Perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues.
