Les Schwab Tire Centers in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake systems, alignments and suspension components for our customers. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and friendly, on-site service.

You will install parts, test batteries, work with TPMS, and operate service vehicles as needed, with on-the-job training provided. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 lb regularly and up to 75 lb occasionally.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; recalibrate TPMS.
• Use shop equipment and hand tools.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service; refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
