Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Happy Valley, OR is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake, alignment, and suspension systems. You will install parts, test drives, and support offsite road service while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace/rebuild/calibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
