Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension components, while delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies. Responsibilities include testing and servicing brakes, suspensions, tires, TPMS, and driving systems; assisting other team members; and performing offsite road service when required.

This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Assist other employees and provide excellent customer service.
