Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician responsible for the installation and servicing of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts. This role requires excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

The technician will perform tasks such as testing brake systems, rebalancing wheels, and conducting tire assemblies, alongside providing customer support. Opportunities for on-the-job training are available to build your skills further.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Job Description:Brake & Alignment TechnicianBrake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
