Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bennett, CO is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake, alignment, suspension and related components, install batteries, and perform offsite road service when needed.

You will work with tire/wheel assemblies, TPMS recalibration, and use shop tools while delivering excellent customer service and following company policies and safety guidelines. This is a full-time role with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace/calibrate TPMS components.
• Use shop equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified staff as needed.

Job Description:Brake & Alignment TechnicianBrake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
