Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test drive vehicles, perform offsite services, and ensure safety and quality in every job.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks throughout shifts. The position is full-time, on-site in the Anaconda, MT area, with a supportive team and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing; able to walk and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/emergency road services as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble tires and wheels, rebalance, and handle TPMS components.
