Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Sheridan, WY to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components.

You will work with batteries, TPMS, tires, and wheels; perform tests and drive tests, and provide excellent customer service while following company policies. The role includes lifting up to 35 pounds regularly and more occasionally, with opportunities for growth and benefits after eligibility.

Formación

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsabilidades

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Testing batteries, dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and servicing TPMS components.
• Using equipment and hand tools; test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Job Description:

Brake & Alignment Technician

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.; Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, and provides on-the job training for Brake & Alignment Technicians.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $24.50
