Job summary

Les Schwab in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, suspension, and driveline components and to install parts per our policies and safety standards. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining vehicle safety and performance.

Responsibilities include installing and servicing brake systems, aligning wheels, rotating tires, testing batteries, driving and riding along on road calls, and supporting a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
• Use provided tools and assist other technicians.

Brake & Alignment Technician

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
• testing and installing batteries
• dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components
• using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service
• refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary

Experience

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
