Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering outstanding customer service. You will perform tire mounting and balancing, TPMS calibration, and offsite road service as needed.

Eligible candidates should have a valid driver's license, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and handle regular lifting. The position offers competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for training and

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Assist other employees and provide excellent customer service.
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies and rebalance wheels; test batteries and calibrate TPMS components.
