Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components at our Gillette, WY location. You will work with hydraulic and electric brake systems, test batteries, and perform wheel work while delivering friendly, high-quality customer service.

On-the-job training is provided. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be able to lift 35 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally 75 lbs.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount/mount tires and wheels, rebalance, and calibrate TPMS.
Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service.
Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
