Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of frequent lifting (up to 75 pounds) and continuous standing/bending.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension and related components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform battery checks.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS as needed.
• Assist other technicians and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide quality customer service and refer customers to colleagues when appropriate.
