The role involves using hand tools and shop equipment, testing drivetrains, and occasionally operating service vehicles.

A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake and suspension components.
• Test drive and diagnose vehicles as needed.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components.
• Operate shop equipment and hand tools during service work.
• Assist other employees and provide customer service.
• Test drive and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
