Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Washington state is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake, alignment, suspension and related systems. You will install parts, test drive vehicles, and provide excellent customer service following company policies.

Responsibilities include using specialized tools, performing offsite road service as needed, and working in a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training offered by Les Schwab. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace/rebuild/calibrate TPMS components.
Use equipment and various hand tools.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
