Job summary

Community NeuroRehab is seeking professionals for a Brain Injury position in a residential rehab facility. You will support participants with cognitive, physical, medical, behavioral and psycho-social goals, helping them develop coping strategies for brain injury and mental health.

Ideal candidates have experience in human services or brain injury fields and are pursuing related degrees. The role requires every other weekend shifts and offers extensive paid trainings including CBIS sponsorship

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology or related field with two+ years of experience.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass state/federal background checks, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support program participants in cognitive, physical, medical and psycho-social rehab goals.
• Help participants develop behavioral strategies to cope with brain injury and mental health needs.
• Work with participants to return to meaningful lives in home, learning, work and community settings.
• Participate in every-other-weekend rotation and overnight shifts as scheduled.
