Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions at POS.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and maintains back room.
• Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock/receiving processes.
