Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service while sharing product knowledge. You will engage customers, assist with bra fitting, and process transactions on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.

The role requires maintaining stock, supporting floorsets, and upholding brand standards to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Experience handling sales transactions and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally assisting customers.
• Engage customers, read cues and respond effectively.
• Help customers choose bras for the right fit with smart questions.
• Convert returns and promotions into additional sales.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
• Encourage add-on purchases at checkout to increase basket size.
• Maintain floor readiness and stock to brand standards.
• Support floorset execution and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep back room organized and stock replenished.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained sales floor.
