Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to join our world-class team. You will drive store sales, engage customers with expert knowledge, and provide exceptional service while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll handle transactions at the POS, assist with replenishment and floorset activities, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming shopping experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and ensures shelf availability.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock processes.
• Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards.
