Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is hiring a Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at checkout. You’ll demonstrate product knowledge, assist with bra fittings, and help maintain brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Manages back room and replenishment to brand standards.
• Executes floorset activities and maintains brand standards.
