Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help them find the right fit while representing the brand’s style.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases.
• Process merchandise to floor ready and replenish to brand standards.
