Job summary

JobsOhio is seeking an entry to mid-level Program Coordinator to support the Sites and Infrastructure team within the BR&E program and the JobsOhio Network.

The role focuses on administrative tasks, scheduling, stakeholder communications, and data management to help drive partnerships with regional economic development organizations. Strong organizational skills and experience with Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of program operations and scheduling experience.
• Experience in project coordination/management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and service orientation.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support BR&E program and JobsOhio Network activities with administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, events, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and prepare reports/dashboards.
• Develop presentations and training materials for internal and external audiences.
• Assist with outreach, tracking metrics, and following up on action items.
