Job summary

AppleCare Technologies is seeking a BPR Project Manager to plan, mobilize, and execute mid to large scale technical projects and programs across Sales, Service, Support, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

You will ensure solutions are architecturally sound, rigorously tested, and that the organization is ready for process and technology changes; you will serve as the technical prime mover for scoping, requirements, design participation, governance, and risk management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilize, and execute mid to large scale technical projects and programs across Sales, Service, Support, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Ensure solutions are architecturally sound, rigorously tested, and that the organization is ready for process and technology changes; serve as the technical prime mover for scoping, requirements, design participation, governance, and risk management across global teams.
• Collaborate with diagnostics engineers, TPMs, solution architects, and IS&T to drive accountability and measurable outcomes through data-driven decisions.
