Job summary

Verint is seeking an Analyst, BPO (Business Process Optimization), to optimize back-office workflows through data analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role focuses on process improvement, KPI definition, and actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

You will work with internal teams and vendors, supporting training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in business transformation or similar fields like process optimization or lean management.
• Basic understanding of optimization workflows.
• Familiarity with BPO software and tools.
• Experience with data entry and processing tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy processes, training programs and define KPI’s.
• Serve as SME interfaced with departments and vendors for systems configurations.
• Analyze complex data and share insights for decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement including process automation and change management.
• Collaborate across groups including internal units, partners, vendors, finance, and IT.
• Develop and implement ongoing training and communication programs.
• Verify and cross-check information for consistency and accuracy.
• Respond to basic client queries and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain organized records of completed tasks and reports.
• Assist senior team members with data collection and preliminary analysis.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Learn and apply industry standards and best practices.
