Position: BPO Customer Care Associate

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US)

Pay for this role is $15.50/hr.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 6 months experience in an office environment
  • 6 months experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • 6 months experience working from home environment
  • High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
  • Handle calls related to life insurance and annuity policies, including payments, policy information, or claims
  • Maintain a quiet workspace to complete calls effectively from home
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards
  • Manage between 75 to 100 calls per day
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries
  • Develop knowledge of the insurance industry, products, services, and processes
  • Collaborate with management and team members to address service issues
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in work
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in a professional setting

Additional requirements:

  • Have a working device (cell phone or tablet) for 2-Factor Authentication
  • Complete our Call Center training and demonstrate proficiency
  • Pass a drug screening and background check including education and employment verification
  • Availability: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CT, Saturday mornings 8:00 am - 12:00 pm CT (rotating)
