We are seeking a BPO Customer Care Associate to provide customer support to Life Insurance policyholders, agents, and other clients. This role involves handling inquiries related to payments, policies, and claims, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Must reside in the Continental United States
  • At least 1 year of remote customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting multitasking with Microsoft Windows applications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency
Responsibilities
  • Handle calls from policyholders regarding life insurance and annuity products
  • Provide front-line support to customers and internal teams
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and meet service metrics
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products and policies
  • Manage 75-100 calls daily
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Collaborate proactively to resolve issues
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work in a designated quiet space at home
