Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Process Engineer to evaluate, design, and optimize enterprise workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams, program managers, and government-focused stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 4+ years in BPR, process modeling, operational analysis, or CPI.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret).
• Strong facilitation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Model as-is and to-be processes using BPMN 2.0 and create process maps.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual friction; redesign for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead discovery workshops with technical leads, PMs, system architects, and stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs and track CPI to measure impact of changes.
• Create SOPs, process charters, playbooks, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with OCM to design implementation plans, training materials, and comms.
• Translate optimized processes into system requirements and automation specs.
