Job summary

Acquisition Professionals LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for contractor performance on a geographically dispersed team supporting USCG contracts. You will oversee cradle-to-grave contracting, financial system support, data analytics, and administrative services to ensure compliant and timely execution across all areas.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of federal contracting experience and cradle-to-grave acquisition support.
• 5+ years in program/project management of large, complex federal contracts.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of BPA call order requirements across multiple USCG locations.
• Serve as the primary liaison to KO, COR, and senior USCG leadership.
• Provide strategic direction, staffing management, and performance oversight for contractor personnel.
• Ensure continuity of operations and designate an authorized alternate PM.
• Support pre-award market research, acquisition strategy, and FAR documentation.
• Assist in award phase with proposal support, pricing analysis, and documentation control.
• Oversee post-award contract administration, invoices, modifications, and compliance tracking.
• Manage closeout activities, file audits, financial reconciliation, and regulatory compliance (FAR 4.308).
• Provide governance for procurement and financial systems data integrity and reporting.
