Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Compliance Program Manager within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) to drive ISO 9001/14001/27001/45001 compliance programs. You will lead audits, train staff on ISO requirements, and maintain audit readiness across the organization.

The role emphasizes continuous process improvement and effective risk management. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage non-compliances, and provide guidance on implementing new procedures within GWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities operations or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in audit process.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience) required.
• Experience with training using adult learning principles, concepts and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and present audit reports and performance data to management.
• Manage the resolution process of non-conformities discovered during audits.
• Maintain and update GWS procedures, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
• Develop and implement ISO procedures and documentation.
• Manage risk assessments to identify potential non-compliance.
• Coordinate regular inspections to ensure audit readiness.
• Support audits and respond to requests for audit-related information.
• Monitor the use of IWMS by GWS and ensure compliance with processes.
