Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Manager of the factory quality program managers to lead cross-functional quality process health, execution, and efficiency between customer, field, and factory resources.

You will act as SME for Global Operations Quality and partner with factory and field teams to discover opportunities for business process and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Expert understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Strong supplier management and methodologies to drive quality performance improvement.
• Ability to perform in-depth data analysis to visualize and resolve complex problems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality program execution across customer, field, and factory resources.
• Serve as SME for Global Operations Quality processes end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management to define and validate business requirements and enable program success.
