This role requires travel and work in the evenings and weekends, with a stipend and seasonal schedule from February to May.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of baseball fundamentals, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to develop game plans and adjust strategies during games.
• Experience with player development and skill progression.
• Coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level.

Responsibilities

• Lead with passion to create a positive, disciplined baseball culture emphasizing sportsmanship.
• Design and conduct organized practices addressing individual and team needs.
• Develop game plans and make in-game adjustments to promote growth.
• Supervise players, ensuring safety during practices, games, and travel.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director and staff to align systems and expectations.
• Communicate clearly with players, parents, coaches, and administration.
