Job summary

The role requires travel and work during evenings and weekends, with duties spanning practice design, game management, and post-game write-ups, as part of a seasonal, stipend-based appointment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for coaching student athletes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check.
• CPR & First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the High School Boys Baseball program from the ground up.
• Develop game plans, run practices, and adjust strategies for player growth.
• Foster a positive, disciplined team culture with sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director and assistant coaches to align systems and expectations.
• Travel with the team and attend practices, games, and events as required.
