Job summary

Hayden Valley Foods is hiring 1st Shift Boxers to join the production team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products to meet customer and company requirements.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, documenting production details, and adhering to GMP and food safety standards. Overtime and cross-training may be required to support daily goals and department needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to identify products, packaging materials, and labels.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to established specifications.
• Inspect packaging for quality, accuracy, and defects before boxing.
• Follow GMP, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
