Job summary

Producers Dairy Foods Inc. is seeking a Boxer/Palletizer to join our Vault Department in a cold storage environment. This role requires a pragmatic CI mindset, strong safety awareness, and the ability to operate palletizing equipment in a high-demand production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in production/manufacturing or food processing.
• Ability to work any shift in a cold environment.
• Strong judgment and problem solving with reliable record-keeping.
• Able to work independently and deliver accurate, timely results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate box packer, boxed palletized system, pallet wrapping system, forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Pre-check equipment and conveyors; monitor safety standards.
• Meet customer requirements and quality standards for packaging and labeling.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain supply inventories and assist with line operations to keep production steady.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues to supervisor.
